Project Overview

Fresh by Brookshire’s reimagines the neighborhood grocery store as a culinary destination—combining premium fresh foods, chef-inspired dining, and hospitality-driven design into an immersive shopping experience. Located in Fate, Texas, the 66,000-square-foot flagship market was designed to serve as more than a grocery store by creating a place where guests can shop, dine, gather, and connect with the local community. The store features multiple specialty food venues, expansive fresh departments, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and community-focused amenities that elevate the everyday grocery experience.

Working alongside the project team, Shaw PPC Design engineered, manufactured, and installed a comprehensive environmental graphics and signage package that reinforced the Fresh by Brookshire’s brand throughout the store. From dramatic department identification to custom wall graphics and decorative environmental elements, every component was designed to strengthen customer navigation while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere consistent with the premium shopping experience.
